Hey!

I'm Martha, nice to e-meet you!

 

I'm currently based on the outskirts of the stunning Lake District in the UK, but I haven't always been here. I made the move from mighty Yorkshire to the Lakes after a few years of being an Au Pair in Canada & Switzerland. I fell in love with the mountains in British Columbia & the Swiss Alps, but it felt too far away from family to make a permanent move abroad. So in 2013, I packed my little Ford KA to the brim, with what few possessions I owned, ready for a big new adventure! Over 10 years later, the Lakes feels well & truly like home.

Marketing Experience

I have over 8 years of Marketing & Business Development experience under my belt, which has been predominantly working in small businesses and the charity sector.

 

I've often been the sole marketing employee, which means I have experience working across the whole marketing process, from developing a strategy to implementation & analysis.

  • one-to-one mentoring & training,

  • social media management,

  • social video creation & editing,

  • content creation,

  • blog writing & basic SEO,

  • newsletter marketing,

  • design (posters/leaflets/banners),
